What We Do

The Start Caring Group offers an unbeatable 28-day activity-based program with a 2:1 staff-to-child ratio.

Our team comprises highly trained and experienced staff members who have expertise in child residential care, youth services, mainstream and specialist education settings, and sports coaching roles.

We firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow into successful adults. Our ultimate goal is to change the alarming statistics surrounding young people leaving care, such as 1 out of 3 becoming homeless, 1 out of 4 ending up in prison, and 1 out of 3 not being in any form of education or employment.

Our Vision

Founders of  The Start Caring Group, have dedicated the last 17 years working with young people and children in various educational and social care settings.

In addition to this, The Start Caring Group has built strong relationships with associates across a wide range of services and agencies, which has helped him develop a unique and therapeutic provision for young people.

Why Choose Us
At The Start Caring Group, we understand the concerns and anxieties that arise when placing a young person in an unregulated crisis placement.

We also recognise the pressure faced by local authorities and social workers across the country when they need to find a suitable placement in an emergency situation due to a placement breakdown or lack of regulated homes.
Activities
Our organization takes great pride in offering a variety of activities and hobbies to young people.

Our primary goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment where they can engage in enjoyable, relaxing, and refocusing experiences. We firmly believe that hobbies can promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Therefore, we are dedicated to helping our young people develop new skills and interests that will benefit them in the long run.
